Description

New to Adventures in Odyssey®? In this introductory set of episodes, you'll meet John Avery Whittaker, owner of Whit's End, Odyssey's popular soda shop and discovery emporium for kids. You'll meet outspoken Connie and Odyssey's resident genius, Eugene. But most importantly, you'll be introduced to the values that guide the characters of this small town. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a faithful fan, these action-packed adventures, intriguing mysteries, and fun-filled stories will teach character-building lessons in every episode.

History

Discovering Odyssey is a special introductory album. Featuring 9 episodes on 3 CDs, this album contains a majority of early episodes from Adventures in Odyssey, with a few newer ones added on. Also contained in the album is a special booklet with an AIO product listing.

Although it is not part of the mainstream audio series, Discovering Odyssey is a more current beginners' release. This package was produced to replace the classics album, Welcome to Odyssey from 1997. However, the episode listing is slightly altered from the original.
