What is going on with the server? I've been using the wiki a lot recently, and haven't noticed anything major. Can someone please explain what's going on?

You talking about the banner at the top of each page? (you can close that, the little "X" on the far right). Its nothing major, and for most people like yourself you won't notice anything being off. Just continue using the wiki, and if you happen to come across something that is broken post it here.
Couple small things left to clean up but 99% is all fixed up now. Planning on getting that last 1% in the next few days
