Question: Who is the cowboy with glowing eyes seen on the covers of albums 15 and 24?

On the cover of Album 15: A Place of Wonder depicts the episode #204: “Wonderworld”, and the picture is of Lawrence Hodges imagining "Duelin' Dalton Darkheart and his band of theivin' horse rustlers". On the cover of Album 24: Risks and Rewards is Nathan asking Reverend Andrew Jamison about the Ross family in #316: “The Underground Railroad, Part 3”. Presumably his eyes are just glowing for dramatic effect, and not for any specific reason.

There isn't any connection between the two characters.
