In a hasty effort to get Wilson his money by the deadline Carson McKay makes a decision that he soon regrets.
[edit] Plot
While on a tour of Wooton's house Grady shows Carson the secret powerboy room hidden behind the bookcase, and tells him how much all the drawings and posters are worth. Carson needing money to pay off all his old gambling debts asks Grady if any of the money that he gave his mother is left, when he finds out it's gone he decides to steal the original drawing of powerboy. When Grady finds out what his father has done he goes and asks him to give it back to Wooton. When his father says he won't they argue and Grady runs away. When Grady goes to Wooton to explain who had stolen the drawing he expects Wooton be be upset and not want to be his friend anymore and is surprised when Wooton forgives him. The two of them end up talking about Christianity and Grady decides to become a Christian. Later that night Carson is trying to sell the powerboy drawing and his buyer ends up being Whit. Whit instead of buying the drawing gives Carson a list of things that he wants Carson to do including giving the drawing back, getting help for is addiction and fixing cars and the church and in return Whit will pay off his debt, the two of them decide to meet again at Carson's hotel room the next morning to meet Wilson. Meanwhile Grady is talking to him mom about how he has already forgiven his father for what he has done and explains that he has become a Christian. The next morning when Whit goes to see Carson, he finds that hes has already left and finds a note and the powerboy drawing, Whit brings the note the the McKay family, the read it and decide the maybe Carson really did want to change, they phone him as he is at the bus depot ready to leave town and tell him that if he wants to come back, he can because they've forgiven him. The episode ends with Carson deciding to buy a bus ticket back to Odyssey.
