History

Tony is a leader of a gang called The Brothers. Tony's parents died four years prior to #468: “Chains, Part 1”. He and his sister lived with foster parents until they got their cousin to be their legal guardian. They didn't stay there because their cousin was an alcoholic. He is young man from Oswald Heights who likes to play guitar and write songs, having written his first song when was seven. He temporarily lived with Whit when his home is destroyed to make room for Whit's End Connellsville. Eventually, he and his sister lived with the Mulligan family.

Family

Tony is Brianna's brother. His father was a guitar player and bought Tony his first toy guitar. Both Tony and Brianna eventually get taken in by the Mulligans.

He also has a cousin; not much is known about him except that he's an alcoholic.
