History

Pastor Williams was the head pastor at Odyssey Community Church. He first appeared in V.B.S. Blues. In his first appearance he allowed Ned Lewis to perform a sketch with his VBS class. Because Ned had been pressing for a drama program at Odyssey Community, Pastor Williams allowed him to prove himself with this program. Though the sketch came off more slapstick then planned it was a success and Pastor Williams approved the drama program.
