History

Joe was the foreman of construction crew working in Gower's Field in Terror from the Skies. He was responsible for turning on the flood lights seen by Jimmy Barclay and Lawrence Hodges that led them to believe that there was indeed an alien invasion in Odyssey. The crew was plowing a road through Gower's Field and being paid overtime and Joe was a little grumpy as he usually was on overnight shifts. One of his concerns was the fact that they were being paid overtime for the work. While he wasn't looking his men cut through some power lines by accident.
