When Connie Kendall first came onto the show, she is stated to be 16 years of age. It can be assumed that Eugene was about 20 years old at that time based on evidence from over the years. For example, there is a clue given in the episode #583: “The Champ of the Camp” when Connie tells a story from when she went to Camp Jumonville. Both Eugene and Connie attended Camp Jumonville at the same time, so their age difference probably isn't any more that about 5 years. So my guess is that Eugene and Connie are about 3 to 5 years apart.
In the time that Odyssey has been airing, the producers and writers have considered many possible story-lines. In fact, they had Eugene and Connie fall madly in love with each other in #440: “I Slap Floor”. So I'm sure that the Odyssey production team has at least considered having Eugene and Connie get married at one time or another.
