Question: In what episode did Agnes become sick?
We know that Timmy dies before the show started, and that Agnes' depression started not long after that. There is more math to it, but it can be assumed that Agnes was likely in her depression in #49: “Thank You, God”, but it was early enough in it, that it wasn't yet noticeable.
