I'm going to reply to this question with a quote from page 319 of the Official Guide.

Q & A with John Beebee! Q: So how old is Mandy in [397:] #397: “Tornado!” [album 43]? JB: I pictured Mandy to be about six years old. But after this show, she ended up fast fowarding about five years in seven months. She probably drack some of that stuff Alice had in Wonderland. Then, a few years later in [555:] #555: “True Calling” [album 43], Mandy said she was 14. They say kids grow up fast—and we like to grow ‘em even faster here in Odyssey. Somehow, Mandy ended up being the opposite of Connie; instaed of abeing stuck at one age, she skipped several years!

The real answer to this question is that there is no definite age. Odyssey time doesn't work like real time and it is therfore tough to nail down things like the age of the characters. However, when she said she was 14, the year was 2004. If you think that Odyssey is going by real time (which it obviously isn't), than she would be age 20. I find that hard to believe: Odyssey time has most likely not progessed six years since album 43. How many years has it progressed? There is no definite answer. But most likely it has not progressed more than four years, making her, at the very oldest 18. MarvelousMarvin 23:43, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
