hi Alica Jennings! i can answer the first question on your list but i can only guess on the second and have no clue on # 3. to create quotes you do this:

|speaker_a=(name of speaker)

|quote_a=(speaker's lines)

that's for if there is only one speaker. for multiple speakers you do this:

|speaker_a=(name of speaker)

|quote_a=(speaker's lines)

|speaker_b=(name of speaker)

|quote_b=(speaker's lines)

then you just go along through the alphabet until you're done with the quote. the _ is for the number quote yours is on the page. i know my directions are probably a little confusing but if you try to do it and can't remember how to or it doesn't make sense then i would just copy the other people (only with your quotes). that's what i did and it works unless you are the only quote there. always preview your quotes first!!! i hope it works out for you!
