This template is used on actor pages if the actor has won one or more Avery Awards.
To include this on an actor page, insert this script below the Staff Infobox.

|type = actor|actress
|awards = numeral}}
Set the type variable to either actor or actress according to the actor's gender. Make sure that this is typed in all lower-case letters. Then, in the awards variable, replace numeral with the toal number of awards the actor has won.
Preview the page to ensure the template displays correctly. Then save it and you're done!
