The global ministry of Sports Ambassadors does that by sharing the gospel in fun, creative and personal ways, introducing people to Jesus while encouraging local pastors and their congregations. Sports Ambassadors has sent teams of athletes to nearly 70 countries since 1952, and has shared the Good News with more than 11 million spectators. Many of those short-term missionaries have returned home to become leaders where they work, live and play. It was featured in #817: “Unfair Game”.
