Dennis appears to like gassing people in order to dispose of them or incapacitate them. He also physically resembles Jason Whittaker enough to wear his hat and coat and resemble him.

History

In part one he confiscates Jason's gun, hat and coat when he visits Reggie Fingers as the Grinder. He then walks down the street in Jason's hat and coat and gasses the Mi5 observation van. In part three he gasses Dale Jacobs, Ann Jacobs, and the cabbie driving them. He is later seen about to interrogate Jason still wearing his hat and coat. After Scotland Yard surrounds the building Jason asks him for his hat and coat back.
