Comatosin is a knockout drug that was developed by Red Scorpion. The drug appears in A Name, Not a Number, Part 1 when Mustafa sprays both Regis Blackgaard and Tasha Forbes with it.
It appears in The Mystery of the Hooded Horseman when Mason Wasatchi used it on both a horse and Don Cortado. The effect is described as "deep sleep," however, it appears to only last a few minutes.
