Question: Wasn't Principal Vogler mentioned in Album 52?
Additional Details: Principal Vogler was mentioned in episode 673, "The Owlnapping" during a conversation between Ryan Cummings and Pete, in that case, why is Principal Vogler being promoted as a "new character" or more specifically the "new principal"?

ANSWER: Yes, Principal Vogler was mentioned in that episode but the principal never talked or anything, the principal was only mentioned. I am guessing that the principal first appears (as in speaks and interacts with other characters) in the 54 volume.
