A poorly-acted shepherd in Jimmy Barclay's early radio drama.
For a school assignment, Jimmy had to create a short audio drama scene. He recreated the angels visiting the shepherds when announcing Jesus' birth. Jimmy played the angel, and had three others play the shepherds, named Aaron, Caleb, and Benjamin. Aaron was the first one to notice the angel and alert the others.
The actors playing Aaron and the others did very poorly, but Jimmy used the project to spur the idea of his live nativity play in #294: “Unto Us a Child Is Born”.
Any (fictional) family he may have had is unknown.
- It's interesting to note that in both #137: “Back to Bethlehem”, and #294: “Unto Us a Child Is Born”, we see depictions of the angels appearing to the shepherds, with a shepherd named Aaron in both episodes (Aaron being the other).
