I'm guessing you were talking about talk pages how names are liked like this Reddo 15:04, 16 January 2012 (MST) and when you click on my name you go to my page. This is done from your signature, go to Special:Preferences and in new signature type

(don't include the <pre> tags, just from -- to the second *) and then click the "Treat this as wikitext" box and then scroll down and click save. That should do it, if you're still having problems let me know Reddo 15:04, 16 January 2012 (MST)
