History

Mr. Bostich was a Sunday school teacher at a church in Hopwood, where the Barclays were stranded. As Ted explained to Jimmy, Mr. Bostich didn’t teach like most Sunday school teachers; he wanted to make it seem like the students were really in the Bible story. He brought animals to illustrate what it was like on Noah’s ark. Another thing was that he couldn’t pronounce Odyssey correctly; he pronounced it “Odessa.”
