History

Cindy was trying to get a hold of her father, but had an old number and kept calling Connie instead. She went to his address but that was old too. (It was Jack Allen's house.) She was searching for her father because she was pregnant and the doctors thought that there was something wrong with her baby and thus needed her father's medical history. Upon receiving a call that her baby was fine, she was going to go home, but then Connie and Whit, who had been investigating, confronted her at the train station with a letter from her father. She had no desire to see her father anymore, but after reading the letter she changed her mind. She went to see her father and forgave him for leaving her.

Family

Her real father is named William, but any other relative's names are unknown. Her mother left to marry another man, who's name is also unknown, and took Cindy with her.
