The Truth Chronicles

The Truth Chronicles is a special album released in 2008 to be used with The Truth Project, a ministry of Focus on the Family. The album contains eleven episodes, eight of which have never aired on the radio.

Description

Are there really right answers to big questions about God, faith and truth? The kids of Odyssey are about to find out! Can the Science club discover the reality of Intelligent Design? Will Captain Absolutely triumph over the evil schemes of Dr. Relative? And what happens when kids are in charge of their own town - with no adults? There's absolute adventure ahead with these life changing stories on seeing the world from a Christian perspective - and that's no lie.

The kids of Odyssey are about to find out the answers to life's biggest questions — about God, faith and even truth itself. Eleven new stories — featuring Whit, Connie, Eugene, Wooton and your other favorite characters — teach valuable lessons about truth, compassion, false gods, intelligent design, worldviews and much more. There's even an episode introducing you to Kidsboro, a kids-only neighborhood in Odyssey. Your whole family — especially kids ages 6 to 12 — will be captivated by the stories in this album.

Notes

  • This album was exclusive to the Focus on the Family store for about a year before it was finally released to other outlets.
  • This album includes a 16-page booklet with questions for family discussion (Discussion Guide).
  • Hear an interview with Paul McCusker about The Truth Chronicles on the Official Podcast.
  • This album is based on Focus on the Family and Del Takkett's "Truth Project."
  • Due to the 45-minute length of #TTC05: “In My Image”, The Truth Chronicles only featured 11 episodes, instead of 12.
  • With the exception of the 3 part Kidsboro episode, none of the other episodes from this album have aired on the radio.
