Question: Is the song from the newest podcast a real song?

This song was created by Phil Joel, a former member of the popular Christian band (from 1995 - 2006), the Newsboys. I looked up all of his solo albums and none of them have this song on it. And whitsend.org says "A special thanks to Phil Joel for creating the official Get in the Show – the Ultimate Casting Call theme song." So I'm pretty sure Focus asked hin to write and sing the song.
