Question: Any chance that the chairman and Mr. Groat are the same person?


There is no information regarding that subject that I know of. That would be awesome though. Chances are good though that it could be true. It would be a great coincidence that another conspiracy in Odyssey would be someone else's job. It could be revenge or, for some reason, a place that the Chairman remembered as a good small town to base a crime in. Another idea is that he may have stayed in Japan as to not be recognized by anyone. This is all speculation though. The fact is that we don't know if that is true.
