Winnifred is a parrot. In the episode #670: “Stage Fright”, Winnifred escaped during a play at the theater and hid up in the rafters. The owner of the theater, Charlie Stolfitz, trained her to screech "Rue The Day" to frighten the people practicing for plays there.
