list of things to do to restructure the buying links that appear throughout the site, due to itunes and audible no longer being available

1. remove itunes/audible from, but keep the ID's on the episodes incase they come back
   1. episode

   3. album pages
   4. intersection pages
2. make series of location gadgets so you can set location in preferences, US should be default, internaional should have flags to the links, rest should be words and an image, use css to hide unneeded things, should be part of new infobox which uses better caching

3. add parameters to infobox's
   1. for australia add links to album and episode page, param should be dl_aus or something
   2. for US get bot to change params to be dl_us
   3. also add album links to album pages
   4. for canada add dl_can to album pages, then episode pages will take these links
4. another idea is to have links to buy the album hard copy too, then we can also include:
   1. ireland
   2. new zeland
   3. south africa
