The Electric Palace is run by Bart Rathbone. Though the items are generally overpriced and Bart is a scheming conniving businessman, people keep coming.

The Electric Palace has two stories, automatic doors, a basement and a small back room where Bart keeps his private things.

Bart Rathbone is the manager of the Palace, but for a long while (between its construction and the Darkness Before Dawn era, it was owned by Dr. Regis Blackgaard. After Regis's death, his twin brother Edwin was willed the property, and is the current owner, though Bart is still the manager.
The only other employees besides Bart that have ever appeared on the show were in A Little Credit, Please when Connie checks out her blender, and in Career Moves, where Nathaniel Graham was an intern. This is not counting Richard Maxwell's appearance in I Slap Floor.
