What makes a Jones and Parker mystery?

What makes a Jones & Parker mystery a Jones & Parker Mystery? #674: “Square One” is listed under the episode list, however, it is simply a story based upon Emily and Matthew. The J&P Mystery compilation album seems to consider #661: “When You're Right, You're Right”, #699: “Emily the Genius”, and even #732: “Repent After Me” as J&P mysteries. #732: “Repent After Me” doesn't even include Matthew!
