History

The Master Brain was an antagonistic character in a program designed by Eugene and Whit. He exists literally and figuratively as the brain (akin to the notion of a central processing unit) that controls the "forbidden matrix," the second half of the Gloobers virtual reality game as intended to be discovered by the curious players. The Master Brain allegedly maintains his vitality by "sucking the life out of kids" using electronic helmets that can drain the life (or time) out of a player's body when worn (Gregory).
